I catered the food for the wedding. It was my first time. I actually had fun. I worked on the food for about 2 1/2 weeks. I was to make enough food to serve 200. Whether we had that many or not we are not sure. All I know is there were alot of people there. I served a couscous salad, a pasta salad, a green salad with raspberries, kiwi and sugared pecans, pulled pork sliders, chicken salad in puff pastry, cream cheese spread on baguettes.I had three helpers from Karens ward that were wonderful.

this looks so good! so many people told us the food was amazing. i only wish i had more of an appetite that night, i hardly had any of it. what i had was good, and i am just happy there was a lot of it and people enjoyed all of it.
