MORE YARD WORK!!!

This is the project that we worked on today. We decided to redo the front garden box. Eric, Mike and myself worked very hard today. The following pictures are what it looks like after we are done. Mike and Eric brought the garden box to the edge of the patio to get rid of the weed catcher. We bought some more shrubs to fill it in. We had to buy a yard of soil and bark dust to finish it off. We think it added alot more curb appeal.

The finished product. Alot of hard work, but well worth it.

MARION BERRIE HEAVEN

It is Marion Berrie time. Mike,Debi,Jerry,Mom and Mitch were here for dinner last night. I decided that since the Marion Berries are on overload we would have a pie. It was very GOOD.

SUMMER VACATION!!!!!!!!!!

When I was done with work in early June I was looking forward to a very pleasant planned out summer. Yard work, South Lake Tahoe, Yard work, Yard work. But I got a throat infection, then an infection in my right hand, then my left hand. Then It all turned upside down and turned out to be a heart infection due to dental work done without antibiotics. The doctor told me that I should not go on vacation, I had a life threatening disease. Well there goes all the yard work. Darn it. So with with lots of tests, gallons of blood taken out, and 30 days worth of antibotics later, I feel almost like my self. Amy and the kids came up here to stay for 10 days, and Karen and her family came to visit. It may not have been the summer I had planned but it has been a great summer non the less. Thanks to a great Husband and all his help and support. Andrea has been a great help this summer also. And I know she is looking forward to school starting again.

Andrea, Elizabeth and Sam. A fun day at Liberty Lake Park. It was a great weekend. Karen, Bruce, Natalie and her family and Alicia were up for the weekend. Amy,Jake and the kids were here. It was a great time had by all.

It is fun buying presents for grandchildren. Actually it is fun seeing the grandchildren. It is even better when they are the cutest kids on earth.

We bought a ball for the boys that was just about as big as them . But we will do anything for one their smiles.
